Rezoning and Acquistion of Land Use Rights

Removal of Conditions in Title Deeds
Where the Title Deed of a property imposes various restrictions and/or conditions, particularly with regards to building lines, coverage and land use, an application to the local authority is necessary for the removal or amendment of the restrictive conditions in the Title Deed.
